INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup spinach, chopped
  • 3 oz Canadian bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1 low carb wrap
  • 1/4 cup salsa
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dice and chop pepper, bacon, spinach, and mushrooms.
  2. Whisk together eggs.
  3. On stovetop, add vegetable ingredients and Canadian bacon.
  4. Add eggs. Heat until fully cooked.
  5. Take stovetop ingredients and avocado and add to wrap. Fold wrap.
  6. Grill wrap on stove until crispy.
