In the first week, I lost 10 pounds, and by the end of the third week, I had lost 18 pounds. I set a goal for this past summer to lose 50 pounds by the time school started, and I hit that goal one week before the 2022-2023 school year began!”
Emily’s ultimate goal of weight loss is to reach 150 pounds by Christmas.
Not only has Emily adopted a healthier style of eating, she is adopting more exercise into her journey as well:
“I exercise 4-5 times a week with a mixture of walking and cardio/strength training.”
