Everyone’s favorite comforting beef stew made easily in the crockpot! Loaded with tender bites of sirloin, veggies and spices, this traditional beef stew is rich, chunky and absolutely delicious.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound sirloin sliced
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 6 stalks celery chopped
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 10 radishes sliced
  • 3 carrots sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced*
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Canola oil in oil mister
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Turn slow cooker to high. Spray lightly with canola oil.
  • Turn slow cooker to low, and add all other ingredients in order listed above. Stir well. **
  • Cook for 4-8 hours, until veggies reach desired texture and internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
