Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Radishes
Whether you’re looking for a healthy potato substitute or need a low-carb side dish, these air fried radishes are a delicious treat loaded with fiber.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of radishes
- 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash and dry radishes then remove the ends off and cut in half.
- Toss radishes in olive oil and then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix everything together until nice and coated then place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 16 minutes (can do longer if you want them more crispy).
- Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
