Garlic Parmesan Air Fryer Radishes

Whether you’re looking for a healthy potato substitute or need a low-carb side dish, these air fried radishes are a delicious treat loaded with fiber.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound of radishes
  • 2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder

Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes.

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Wash and dry radishes then remove the ends off and cut in half.
  2. Toss radishes in olive oil and then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix everything together until nice and coated then place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 16 minutes (can do longer if you want them more crispy).
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
