- 4 packets Profile Vegetarian Chili with Beans
- ½ red onion diced
- 4 celery sticks diced
- 1 14.5 oz can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1-2 cups water or more for desired consistency
Heat crockpot on low and add all ingredients to crockpot. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
Serve with fat-free sour cream and chopped scallions if desired.
