- 1 12 oz package fresh cranberries
- Zero calorie sugar substitute equal to 1 cup of sugar
- 1 whole orange washed and sliced into quarters include the peel
Wash and shake dry the cranberries and orange.
Add both to a food processor or blender and coarsely chop.
Next, add the sugar substitute and continue to blend until relish consistency.
