Lemon Baked Salmon

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, diced
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking dish with foil and lightly grease with oil. Place salmon fillets on foil.
  3. Drizzle salmon fillets with 1 Tbsp. oil and lemon juice. Season with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Place butter pieces across salmon fillets and seal with foil.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily. Serve immediately.
