Slow Cooker Chili
Break out your crockpot for this easy, vegetarian chili recipe. Throw all of the ingredients in, set your crockpot on low and enjoy chili in hours.

Number of Servings: 6
Serving size: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 4 packets Profile Vegetarian Chili with Beans
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 4 sticks celery
- 1-6oz can tomato paste
- 1-14.5oz can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup of water (optional)
Directions:
- Heat slow cooker on low
- Combine all ingredients into slow cooker, stir until all ingredients are well combined
- Cook on low for 2-4 hours
To Serve: Top with 1 tsp. fat free Greek yogurt and chopped scallions; if that is something you have on your plan, already.
