INGREDIENTS
  • 1 packet Profile Peppermint Mocha Shake
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1-3 pieces sugar-free peppermint candy crushed
  • Sugar-free/fat-free whipped topping
  • sugar-free chocolate syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a medium size bowl, mix together egg whites and water.
  • Add shake and mix well.
  • Pour half the batter onto warm skillet.
  • Heat until the middle starts to bubble, flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining batter. (batter makes two large crepes)
  • Once cooked, spread whipped topping over crepes and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies (optional).
  • Roll up and drizzle with sugar-free chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
