Peppermint Mocha Protein Bites

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 package Profile Peppermint Mocha Shake
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. almond flour
  • Crushed peppermint candy
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients except candy in a small dish.
  2. Using a tablespoon, scoop dough into hand and roll into a ball.
  3. Crush peppermint candy and place in a shallow dish.
  4. Roll each ball in candy to coat.
  5. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and then enjoy!
