Profile Dessert Nachos
Did someone say, "DESSERT Nachos!?!" Another great use for the Profile Pizza Crust. A low-carb and delicious treat.
- 1 Profile Pizza Crust
- 1 tsp. P3 – Profile Powdered Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar-free whipped topping
- 2 tsp. sugar-free caramel or chocolate sauce
- Cinnamon and stevia to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray pizza crust with non-stick spray and sprinkle with cinnamon and stevia.
Bake directly on oven rack for 8 minutes. Let cool. Cut into triangles and plate.
Top pizza “chips” with whipped topping, P3 powder, and caramel/chocolate sauce.

Thai Lettuce Wraps Recipe
Take in all the Thai flavors with these healthy Thai lettuce wrap recipes that are perfect for spring!
Salad, Side Dish
- ¼ cup Profile Zesty Asian Vinaigrette
- 1 Tbsp. P3
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 head Butter lettuce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup carrots shredded
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium high heat.
Add ground chicken and cook until browned, making sure to crumble the chicken as it cooks; drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic, onion, Profile Asian Dressing, P3 and Sriracha until onions have become translucent, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in green onions until tender, about 1-2 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the chicken mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco-style.
Top with shredded carrots.
