Chicken & Veggie Pizza
This is a healthy take on the classic BBQ chicken pizza. This recipe uses the Profile Pizza crust for a low-carb version of a classic bar food.

- 1 Profile pizza crust
- 2 Tbsp. Profile Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce
- 2 oz canned chicken breast
- 2 oz sautéed mushrooms
- 1 cup broccoli slaw
- 1 oz shredded cheese
- 1 light soft-wedge cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spread the soft-wedge cheese onto the pizza crust and top with all remaining toppings, except for the BBQ sauce.
Bake directly on oven rack for 8-12 minutes. Top with BBQ sauce and enjoy.
