This is a healthy take on the classic BBQ chicken pizza. This recipe uses the Profile Pizza crust for a low-carb version of a classic bar food.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Profile pizza crust
  • 2 Tbsp. Profile Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce
  • 2 oz canned chicken breast
  • 2 oz sautéed mushrooms
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 oz shredded cheese
  • 1 light soft-wedge cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spread the soft-wedge cheese onto the pizza crust and top with all remaining toppings, except for the BBQ sauce.
  • Bake directly on oven rack for 8-12 minutes. Top with BBQ sauce and enjoy.
